I am originally from Grand Rapids, MI but I did my PT school at Saint Louis University in St. Louis, MO. Recently, I became a board certified specialist in women's health through the American Physical Therapy Association and I am a certified pelvic rehab practitioner through Herman and Wallace, Inc. I love all aspects of postpartum rehabilitation and return to sport following childbirth, management of urinary urgency and incontinence to help women feel confident again in their daily lives, pelvic organ prolapse management and prevention, sexual health, and post-breast cancer rehabilitation. My personal interests include (but are never limited to!) distance running and cycling, hiking out west, downhill skiing, racing sailboats, swing dancing, yoga, and reading.
