Dr. Kayla Sahr is a physical therapist with a focus on women’s and pelvic health. In her last year of schooling at Grand Valley State University, Kayla developed a passion for pelvic health physical therapy and has since then attended multiple specialty courses where she has learned and developed her skills with experts in the field, including a two month internship. Kayla is trained to treat men, women, and children and has experience with diagnoses including: bowel and bladder dysfunction, pelvic pain, pain with intercourse, tailbone or low back pain, pelvic organ prolapse, pregnancy related pelvic girdle pain, as well as any postpartum dysfunction including diastasis recti or scar tissue management. Kayla’s true passion is getting to know her patients throughout their journey of rehabilitation and assisting them to return to their desired level of function. In her free time, Kayla enjoys staying active through regular physical activity and spending time with family and friends.
