Dr. DeLind graduated with her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Oakland University in 2006. She has 12 years of experience with sports and orthopedic clients with a focus on women’s health and pelvic floor physical therapy. She is has the Pelvic Floor Practitioner Certification (PFPC). She holds certifications in STOTT Pilates® mat and reformer, Certified Kinesiology Taping Practitioner (CKTP), and is an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) credentialed certified clinical instructor. Dr. DeLind is a seasoned lecturer at Oakland University and Baker College on the topics of Pregnancy, Postpartum, and Women’s Health. On a personal note she is an avid runner completing marathons and various other run distances, a Triathlete, and a mother of two. It was when she returned to sport after pregnancy that she realized the lack of care for women and the need to get information out about pelvic health, injury prevention, and help others return to sports and activities that we love.
