Hello! I am a licensed physical therapist assistant and certified yoga teacher with over 5 years of experience specializing in pelvic health, orthopedics and holistic wellness. I am actively pursuing advanced credentialing in Pelvic Rehabilitation Practitioner Certification. I treat a wide range of conditions, including urinary and bowel incontinence, constipation, female and male pelvic pain, transgender, pregnancy and postpartum complications, diastasis recti, pelvic organ prolapse, pelvic pain, and post-op complications (c-section, hysterectomy, pre/post-prostatectomy.) My approach blends evidence-based therapy with mindful movement, rooted in pelvic awareness, strength, and balance.
