I graduated from the College of St. Scholastica with my BA in Health Sciences in 1991 and Masters in Physical Therapy in 1993. I have worked at various Essentia Health outpatient clinics in the Duluth area over the last 27 years. I started specific pelvic floor continuing education 20 years ago and continue attending courses regularly to add to my knowledge and skill set. I have experience treating women, men and children with various pelvic floor problems such as: pelvic pain, pelvic prolapse, urinary and fecal incontinence, constipation, abdominal wall pain, urinary urgency/frequency, back pain, post surgical treatment for urological, gynecological and gastrointestinal procedures, post partum pain/weakness and back pain during pregnancy. I have had the opportunity to act as a teaching assistant for three Herman and Wallace courses.
