I was drawn to pelvic heath when I experienced my own pelvic floor dysfunction. I earned my Master’s of Science in Occupational Therapy from Gannon University, providing me with a unique set of skills and experiences that focus on utilizing a whole body and trauma informed approach. I am a certified Pre and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist (PCES) and Trauma Informed Pelvic Health Practitioner (TIPH). In addition am certified in dry needling and utilize a variety of myofascial release techniques. I have experience in treating a vast variety of bladder, bowel and sexual pelvic floor dysfunction. I am especially passionate about getting to the root cause of each individual's pelvic floor dysfunction which involves assessing nervous system regulation, biomechanics, lifestyle habits and more. I believe it is my job to empower my clients to better understand what's going on with their own bodies, and walk alongside them in their journey to recovery. In my free time I enjoys spending
