I am a licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy with a special interest in Pelvic Health. I am also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. I work at a speciality pelvic health practice called Awake Pelvic Health & Wellness in Woodbury, MN. I currently treat a wide range of pelvic floor conditions including chronic pelvic pain, endometriosis, pregnancy and postpartum, men's pelvic health, GI dysfunction, and tailbone pain. When providing care I want to ensure the entire patient is taken into consideration lending to a more holistic style of care that makes sure the patient is heard and understood!
