Melanie FayardPT

Melanie attended the University of South Alabama where she earned her Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Science with a minor in Chemistry in 1996. She earned her Master of Physical Therapy in 2001 at the University of South Alabama. She is certified in dry-needling through the American Academy of Manipulative Therapy. She has studied Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation through Herman and Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute. She also has completed all coursework at the McKenzie Institute for mechanical diagnosis and therapy for neck, low back, and extremity pain. She is a certified ergonomic evaluator and certified functional capacity evaluator. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, fishing and spending time with her family and friends! Melanie works at Community Rehab Physical Therapy in Gulfport, MS.
