Laura Mathias PTMPT

I graduated with my Masters of Science in Physical Therapy from Saint Louis University in 2007. I have extensive training in Fascial Counterstrain manual therapy. I enjoy treating patients who struggle with chronic pain, pelvic floor disorders and pain, as well as orthopedic conditions. I enjoy treating each person as a whole, and implement comprehensive healing including proper nutrition education into my treatment sessions. I don’t believe in the old adage of “no pain, no gain” but instead try to focus on pain-free approaches to healing. In my spare time, I enjoy researching more about health and healing, spending time with my family and friends, enjoying nature, dancing Argentine tango, and eating healthy.
