I am a licensed physical therapist and the owner of Vital Physical Therapy, with advanced training through APTA Pelvic Health courses. I specialize in the assessment, management, and treatment of pelvic floor conditions. My continuing education is centered on women’s health, reflecting my commitment to supporting women through every stage of life. In addition to pelvic health rehabilitation, my advanced training includes pessary fitting and assessment. I currently provide in-person pelvic floor physical therapy in the St. Charles, Missouri area.
