I own a mobile physical therapy and wellness clinic that aims to provide affordable and quality services to people are experiencing pain. I graduated from the University of Alabama at Birmingham with my Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2015. I completed a three year post-doc program to obtain a Certificate in Manual Therapy through IAMT. I have taken level one and two of trigger point dry needling. I have experience as a certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor prior to starting my career as a physical therapist. I have taken a Postpartum Rehabilitation course through Herman and Wallace to increase my understanding of the postpartum client, and assist in returning them back to their maximum level of function. I have also completed Pelvic Floor Level 1 to further assist in management and care of clients with low back, hip, and pelvic pain.
