Alyssa CarpenterPT, DPT

Alyssa Carpenter is a Doctor of Physical Therapy with additional training in pelvic floor physical therapy. She received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Belmont University and her Bachelor of Science from Loyola University Maryland. While attending Belmont University, Alyssa received the following certifications: Level 1 Dry Needling, Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM), and Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA). Immediately after graduation, Alyssa worked in outpatient orthopedics where she was able to further her skills in manual physical therapy and exercise prescription/dosing. She has undergone advanced training in pelvic rehabilitation through the Herman and Wallace Pelvic Rehab Institute. Alyssa specializes in treatment/management of conditions including, but not limited to: pregnancy and postpartum, urinary and bowel incontinence, pelvic pain, prolapse, and post prostatectomy.
