About
I am an occupational therapist from small town Nebraska practicing in Lincoln with advanced training in pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation. I was drawn to pelvic floor therapy as a student in graduate school because I was blown away what an impact it can make on the quality of life for the individuals we serve. As an occupational therapist I am passionate about helping individuals thrive and get back to doing daily living activities, whatever that means for them with decreased bowel and bladder symptoms or decreased pain. I look at the whole person to tease out what is impacting their symptoms and how to remediate, accommodate, or adapt to meet goals. I have a Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from Creighton University and a Bachelor's in Psychology from UNK. I am a Pregnancy and PostPartum Corrective Exercise Specialist through Core Exercise Solutions, my training is for both female and male pelvic floor through Herman and Wallace Level 1, 2B and 2C, Coccydynia and Painful Sitting, Pr
