I am a Baylor University DPT graduate with post-doctoral residency and fellowship training in orthopedic and manual physical therapy. My interest in pelvic health began while treating female collegiate athletes, which led me to the pelvic floor world through an orthopedic lens. After becoming a mother, my passion for pelvic health deepened. I now treat a wide range of men’s and women’s pelvic floor conditions, including pre- and post-operative care, chronic pain, obstetrics, and menopause-related concerns. I am also an Osteopractor, certified in dry needling and musculoskeletal ultrasound—tools I regularly use in pelvic floor rehab. I own NextGen PT + Wellness in Verdigre, NE with additional locations in Yankton, SD and Norfolk, NE.
