I am a professional yoga therapist certified through Integrative Yoga Therapy, trauma informed through Sundara Yoga Therapy and registered with the International Association of Yoga Therapists. As a certified pelvic floor yoga teacher, I am passionate about and dedicated to promoting women’s wellness. I specialize in crafting personalized yoga therapy programs that are in tune with and in support the work women are undergoing with their PFPTs.
