I received my doctorate at the University of New England and my women's health specialty certification through American Physical Therapy Association. I have treated pelvic floor dysfunction and related conditions my entire career. I opened my solo practice as a conscierge service for prenatal and postpartum clients living in the Seacoadst of NH/ME for the following - wellness exercise and birth preparation, bladder control issues (mainly incontinence) pelvic girdle and other musculoskeletal pain (SI Joint, pubic symphysis, back/neck, hip, ribs, coccyx), bowel and gut issues (mainly constipation, hemorrhoids), birth scar care, diastasis recti, pelvic organ prolapse, vaginal/perineum pain (dyspareunia/painful sex, vulvodynia, etc), and nursing complications like blocked duct or pain from posture.
