Dr. Erin Anderson received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Quinnipiac University and immediately immersed herself in the world of pelvic health physical therapy. She quickly realized the tremendous value of empowering people with information regarding their own bodies, especially regarding topics that often feel difficult to discuss. Collaborating with her patients as a team, she uses a combination of skills including manual therapy, movement, dry needling, and mindfulness to help address the body as a whole, acknowledging the interconnected systems that often contribute to one’s condition.
