Elizabeth completed her undergraduate studies at Saint Joseph’s University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Interdisciplinary Health Sciences and a double minor in Biology and Health Care Ethics. In 2008, she earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Thomas Jefferson University. Elizabeth trained in the outpatient department at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation where she specialized in pelvic floor dysfunction and neurological impairments. Elizabeth attended multiple intensive training courses with the Herman & Wallace Institute to further her pelvic health knowledge and was recently certified as a Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist. Elizabeth has always had a passion for women’s health and pelvic floor awareness and has completed multiple continuing education courses focusing in this area of pelvic health physical therapy. In her 16 years as a physical therapist, over 5 years and counting have been dedicated to pelvic health.
