Hi! I am Nicolette, an occupational therapist specializing in women’s health and pelvic floor therapy. I graduated in 2019 from The University of Scranton with a Master’s in Occupational Therapy (M.S., OTR/L). While working in inpatient rehab, I decided to become a Certified Yoga Teacher (CYT-200) through Juluka Yoga Studio in Hillsdale, NJ. I completed my training in winter of 2021. From 2021 on, I decided to pursue my passion in Women’s Health by taking continuing education courses specific to pelvic floor therapy including: Herman and Wallace’s Pelvic Function 1, 2A, 2B, Capstone, Visceral Mobilization of the Urinary System, and Sacral Nerve Manual Assessment and Treatment; the Functional Pelvis’ OT Pioneer’s Course; Nicole Cozean’s Interstitial Cystitis Course; and, Sarah Duvall’s Pregnancy and Corrective Exercise Specialist Certificate Course (PCES) and Pelvis 101.
