Ivanna Mendez PTDPT

Ivanna graduated from Shenandoah University where she earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree. She believes effective patient care involves education, evidence based medicine, and preventative measures. Ivanna’s interests include treating and educating patients in regards to women’s health and pelvic floor conditions. Ivanna also enjoys working with women during pregnancy and post partum to get back to previous activity level. Ivanna values each patient’s specific needs and creates a dynamic individualized plan so her patients can experience the best results. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking with her dog and acrylic painting.
