Lisa Tate, MSPT, WCS, CLT received her Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from Arcadia University (formerly Beaver College). She has certification in vestibular rehabilitation, advanced training in pelvic floor therapy, and is a Certified Lymphedema Therapist and a Certified Women's Health Specialist. She is the team leader for the pelvic rehabilitation program at Penn Therapy & Fitness. She has presented research at APTA national conference on male and female pelvic pain and has published research on pelvic pain. She has guest lectured at area physical therapy programs and continuing education courses. Currently she is serving her second two-year term on the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties Specialization Academy of Content Experts, as a test question writer for the specialist exam. She is also serving on the APTA Clinical Guidelines Team for urinary incontinence in women. She is co-founder of the Philadelphia Regional Pelvic Therapy Alliance.
