Dr. Janice Paredes-Alvarez is a Lymphedema and Pelvic Physical Therapist based in New Jersey, USA. She completed her initial Physical Therapy degree at UERMMMC in the Philippines in 1998, and later pursued advanced education, earning her doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Montana in 2020. With a diverse background in both sub-acute and outpatient settings in New Jersey, Janice has developed a comprehensive skill set in her field. She has also pursued multiple certifications and specializations to enhance her expertise. In 2018, Janice became a Certified Lymphedema Therapist through the Norton School of Lymphatic Therapy. She furthered her specialization by achieving board certification from the Lymphology Association of North America (LANA) in 2019.
