Meredith Lynds PTDPT

Education includes B.S Biology from St Lawrence University, M.S. Ed from SUNY Potsdam and D.P.T. from The Sage Colleges. Prior to becoming a physical therapist, I spent 15 yrs as a grade 7-12 Biology/science teacher and transitioned into PT in 2016. I have completed Herman and Wallace 1A and 2B courses and am treating women for urinary incontinence, pelvic/perineal pain, and general pelvic floor strengthening.
