Leslie Daley RYT500MS OTR/L

Leslie Daley is a licensed occupational therapist having earned her MS degree in occupational therapy from Columbia University’s College of Physicians and Surgeons in 2012. She specializes in John Barnes Myofascial Release, a whole body, hands-on therapeutic approach that can balance the pelvis and decrease adhesions in the pelvic floor while reducing pain and increasing functional muscle control. She has trained in pelvic floor evaluation and treatment with Herman & Wallace, Janet Hulme, and John Barnes seminars for women's health. Leslie has over 16 years experience as a yoga teacher and uses specialized techniques that help balance the nervous system, facilitate healthy breathing patterns and pelvic floor resiliency.
