Susan N Thomas PTPRPC

I graduated from the State University of NY at Buffalo graduating magna cum laude in 1998. Since then I have taken additional coursework including Herman and Wallace courses, Chronic Pain education from Cayuga Medical Center (Ithaca College) cognitive behavioral aspects of pain and PT management as a special interest. I passed my PRPC exam in the fall of 2021. I recently co-founded Evolve Physical Therapy of Rochester PLLC in Pittsford NY. We are a private practice focusing on pelvic health for men, women and children of all ages, sexual orientation and gender identities.
