I earned my Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Pacific University in Oregon, my home state, and completed Herman and Wallace Pelvic Floor Level 1 while still a PT student in order to work a clinical rotation exclusively treating patient experiencing pelvic floor issues. Since then, I have worked with patients experiencing urinary and bowel incontinence, pelvic pain, vaginal and cesarian scarring dysfunction, pre- and post-prostatectomy, diastasis recti, pain with sex, return to activity after childbirth, pregnancy, trauma, and a host of other issues including core, lumbar, and hip musculoskeletal problems related at least in part to pelvic floor dysfunctions. I am currently treating patients in the Asheville, North Carolina area at Breakthrough Performance and Wellness and love my work and community!
