About
I do what I do, and I am great at what I do!!! I am a native from St. Croix, U.S.V.I based in Charlotte, N.C. I went to UNC-Greensboro for my undergraduate degree in Kinesiology and Winston-Salem State University for my doctorate in physical therapy. I worked in the fifth busiest level 1 trauma center in the country for 2 years where I focused my training in neurological diagnoses and trauma. As I grew in my career, I knew something was missing. The more I learned about pelvic health and the lack of support the pelvic population has, the more I was drawn to the specialty. I then sought out additional training and started a yearlong pelvic health residency in 2023 with the desire to master my skills and expand my knowledge to better treat my patients and support my community. I am certified in dry needling, and I am a certified lymphedema therapist. I have a passion in treating perinatal women of all ages. I also have a passion to treat anyone with a pelvic floor, women and men alike. E
