Dr. Jennifer Tyra, PT, DPT, DNC is a physical therapist specializing in pelvic care and postpartum rehab including diastasis recti. She has a passion for helping women live optimally without back pain, hip pain, or pelvic problems like leaking, painful intercourse (dyspareunia), vaginismus, constipation, SI pain, tailbone pain etc. She has a personal history of pelvic floor dysfunction and understands how emotionally difficult it can be to struggle with these issues. As the the owner of Envision Physical Therapy: Pelvic Floor and More, Jen combines myofascial techniques, corrective exercises, and reformer Pilates for your rehab. Jen earned her undergraduate degree from Mercer University and her doctorate in physical therapy from GA State University
