I earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Clinical Physiology with a Minor in Nutrition from Central Washington University, then completed my Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) at the University of Puget Sound. I spent the first decade of my career serving the local military population as an orthopedic and pelvic floor PT. In 2019, I became a Certified Pelvic Rehab Practitioner (PRPC), further solidifying my expertise in pelvic health. With hundreds of hours in advanced training and thousands more in the clinic, I provide a comprehensive and personalized approach to pelvic health. I'm passionate about helping men & women overcome challenges such as complex pelvic pain, postpartum and post-surgical recovery, and bladder, bowel, and sexual dysfunction using a blend of evidence based and clinically backed techniques.
