About
My main goal as a PT is to increase pelvic floor knowledge in the community as a whole so that more people can live happy, healthy and fulfilling lives without feeling trapped by pelvic dysfunction. I share my knowledge with patients to help them feel empowered, supported and confident in knowing that they have the tools to heal and that I am here to guide them along the way. I currently treat adult vulva owners and children with pelvic dysfunction and provide strengthening during pregnancy & postpartum recovery. In my free time, I enjoy traveling and making memories with my family and friends, relaxing with yoga and running, nurturing our garden and landscaping and reading to expand my knowledge and growth mindset.
