I work at Healthy Core Wellness & Rehab in Hudson, northeast Ohio's premier pelvic health private practice specializing in the treatment of pelvic girdle and core dysfunctions. I am very passionate about helping individuals from an often underserved population. I earned my Bachelor's degree in biology from the Youngstown State University in 2016 and my Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from Walsh University in 2020. I treat patients with chronic myofascial pain syndromes and pelvic girdle dysfunctions, including sacroiliac and pelvic floor dysfunctions that affect bladder, bowel and sex function. My treatment approach includes Integrative Dry Needling (IDN) therapy, visceral mobilization for the urogenital and reproductive systems, Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM), vacuum cupping, percussion therapy, kinesiology taping and therapeutic exercise with a focus on retraining the core.
