I obtained my Doctorate degree from The Ohio State University. I specialize in Dry Needling, Vestibular Therapy, Pelvic Health, and Chronic Pain Management. I guide clients to improved strength and movement despite years of chronic pain or chronic conditions in order to stay resilient for all life's phases and adventures! I offer 1:1 in person and telehealth services to all clients.
