Stephanie Hartman (formerly Spindler) is a California native who was happy to return to the west coast after receiving her Doctorate from Columbia University in New York City. Stephanie has received continuing education via courses with the Herman and Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute, the APTA, and Pelvic Guru and can treat the following conditions for men, women, and transgender and/or non-binary individuals: urinary and fecal incontinence, coccyx pain, pelvic pain, urinary dysfunction, constipation, abdominal pain including post-operative conditions, clogged milk ducts, and dysfunction following prostatectomy. She also specializes in caring for the pregnant patient including individualized birthing preference plans and post-partum care including diastasis recti rehabilitation and prolapse.
