Lauren graduated from Bloomsburg University with a Bachelor’s Degree with Honors in Biology and received her Master of Science in Physical Therapy from Arcadia University. She trained with Holly Herman and Kathe Wallace as instructors in 2004 when she was experiencing some pelvic pain herself, shortly after the birth of her first child. Lauren is board certified as a Women’s Clinical Specialist and has additional certifications in both Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy and Obstetric Physical Therapy from the Academy of Pelvic Health. She has presented on numerous pelvic and women’s health related topics to both medical providers and the local community and she teaches at the St. Luke’s School of Nursing on caring for the post-partum population. Lauren has also contributed to articles about urinary incontinence and pelvic pain for Runner’s World Magazine and Health.com. She believes that patients deserve to be heard and works hard to empower each of her patients so that they can lead health
