Lauren GriffiesPT, DPT, PRPC

Lauren graduated from Widener University with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2022. She received her Pelvic Rehabilitation Practitioner Certification (PRPC) in 2025. In addition to pelvic health, she has clinical experience in sports rehabilitation, including the opportunity to train with physical therapists for the Philadelphia Phillies. Lauren’s passion for the pelvic health specialty began with her own personal experience after being diagnosed with celiac disease and polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) in 2013. She has since become dedicated to helping patients with menstrual cycle irregularities by supporting and promoting a hormone-healthy lifestyle. In addition, she treats pelvic pain, constipation, dyssynergia, urinary and fecal incontinence, and prolapse, and provides care during pregnancy and postpartum.
