Janet has worked in the women's health field of Physical Therapy since 1989. Janet assists women who have musculoskeletal dysfunctions throughout their lifecycle such as; urogenital dysfunctions, pelvic pain, vulvodynia, pregnancy, postpartum, post-cesarean delivery rehabilitation, osteoporosis and orthopedics. Adding to her women’s health experience is 8 years of teaching childbirth education. Janet earned her Lamaze Certification in Childbirth Education for Lamaze International in the early ‘90s and the title of Fellow with Lamaze International in 2000. In 2010 she earned her certificate in pelvic floor physical therapy (CAPP) through the Women's Health Section of the APTA. She earned her certification in professional yoga therapy in 2015 a program designed for health care professionals incorporating yoga principles into her practice. In 2016 she earned her certification as a Therapeutic Pain Specialist bringing the latest information on pain science to her practice. Janet earned her
