Called to the coast, Meg moved from her hometown of Annapolis, MD, to Charleston after getting married and graduating from the Physical Therapy program at Marymount University. As a competitive collegiate athlete, she coped with a variety of “over-use” injuries that fueled her desire to become a physical therapist. Although the original plan was to pursue medical school after graduation, Meg realized she wanted a stronger connection with her patients and was drawn to impacting lives through regained mobility and reclaimed active lifestyles. With a renewed vision and refreshed passion, Meg joined Made2Move, a private-pay physical therapy, rehab and performance center in 2017 launching its Mount Pleasant location. In 2018, she embarked on both a personal and professional mission to challenge the statute of limitations on postpartum recovery and help women reconnect with, strengthen and heal their bodies.
