I am a 2002 graduate of Duke University Medical School's Doctor of Physical Therapy Program, and have been treating pelvic floor conditions for all genders for the majority of my career. Diagnoses include urinary and fecal incontinence, chronic constipation, pelvic pain, overactive bladder, dyspaurenia, abdominal pain, and pregnancy-related orthopedic and pelvic issues. I use a combination of patient education, therapeutic exercises, biofeedback, internal and external manual therapy, dry needling, and modalities to treat these issues. Each treatment plan is personalized to meet the specific needs and comfort level of individual patients. My coworker, Sarah Amos, is a PTA that has recently undergone pelvic floor therapy training and education. Together, we are able to provide a positive and individualized treatment that our patients need.
