About
Kellie Davis graduated from the University of Georgia in 2018 with a degree in Health and Physical Education. She received her doctorate of Physical Therapy from Emory University in 2021. She knew from the start that she wanted to specialize in pelvic health and applied for the Pelvic Health residency program at Johns Hopkins in Baltimore. In 2021-2022, she completed a 13-month residency program learning in depth about urinary, bowel, and sexual dysfunction while treating a full caseload. She had one-on-one mentoring with both pelvic and orthopedic providers, took both orthopedic and pelvic continuing education courses, and reviewed/discussed relevant research weekly. This prepared her to take the board specialist exam and be CAPP certified. Kellie is also dry-needling certified, has her 200-hour yoga teacher training certification, and has worked on different research projects involving yoga as treatment for pelvic pain.
