Lesley, a Doctor of Physical Therapy from Duke University, specializes in orthopedic and women’s health therapy, with advanced training in pelvic health and manual therapy. With a passion for treating spinal and pelvic floor disorders, she brings over 20 years experience to Athletix PT with comprehensive, patient-specific care. Lesley combines manual therapy, dry needling, pelvic/core strengthening, and biofeedback to address a wide range of orthopedic and woman’s health issues.
