Donna Pagano MSPT

My name is Donna Pagano and I have been a PT for almost 20 years and took my first pelvic PT class in 2003 and fell in love with treating women. I can not believe how much our field of pelvic PT has grown in this amount of time. I have done all of my coursework through the Herman and Wallace Institute and have met some of the MOST brilliant instructors EVER! I now treat both men and women with conditions ranging from fecal or urinary incontinence to pelvic pain whether it be with sexual activity or chronic from some other source. I also love to work with fascial release, scar release and visceral mobilization. These problems usually arise with people that have had abdominal surgeries or women who have suffered from endometriosis. I feel very blessed to be a part of this family of fabulous pelvic practitioners and look forward to the day that everyone recognizes pelvic PT as readily as they do rotator cuff rehab (and w/o the face of embarrassment to say they are having pelvic PT) !!!!
