Preston holds a Bachelor's degree in Athletic Training from the University of South Florida and a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine for Health Science (2018). Preston completed her continuing education through the Herman and Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute, earning her Pelvic Rehabilitation Practitioner Certification (PRPC) in 2023. Preston sees female and male patients with varying pelvic health disorders. Additionally, she has obtained the Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist Certification (PPCES) through Sarah Duvall and is certified in dry needling through the Professional Pelvic Health Consultants (PPHC) and Institute of Advanced Musculoskeletal Treatments (IAMT).
