Hello! I'm Dr. Sarah Apple, a board-certified occupational therapist specializing in pelvic floor health. My passion for this field began during graduate school, where I focused my doctoral capstone on the challenges women face in pelvic health during pregnancy and postpartum. Since then, I've pursued multiple continuing education courses to deepen my expertise and skill set. I am dedicated to women's health because many dysfunctions are often dismissed as "normal" simply because they are common. My mission is to help you reclaim your healthy, happy self.
