I received my BS in biology at University of Montevallo and DPT at University of Alabama Birmingham. I am a Board Certified Orthopaedic Clinical Specialist and Certified Orthopaedic Manual Therapist. I have been trained in Level 1 and Level 2 Dry Needling through IAMT. I have experience with both general orthopedics and pelvic health. I have a particular passion for the patients with pelvic floor dysfunction that want to remain active or return to activity. I work for Rocket City Performance Therapy, a concierge mobile PT company. I meet you where you are, literally and figuratively! Initial visits are generally within your home (or wherever you would like to meet). As we progress to return to exercise, we can meet at your gym or one of our local partner gyms.
