I look forward to helping people in their journey for excellent pelvic health. I was made for this. I have been a licensed PT for 11 years, and been practicing pelvic floor PT since 2013. But when I was 18, a freshman at Texas State University (and for the next 7 years while I also earned my doctorate at Texas State), I have been helping people with awkward, restroom type activities as I worked weekends at the local hospital as a PT tech, which involved a lot of toileting, nakedness and wounds in private places. Once I graduated, I moved on to outpatient PT, but began to see that some of my patients suffering from “general low back pain” also had incontinence or deeper, pelvic pain and so I added the PFPC into my aspirations, because the pelvic floor and its anatomy just make sense to me, as to how everything is all connected. In the meantime, I had 3 children, ages 7, 4 and 1 and have earned my own personal pelvic floor dysfunction. My first was an unexpected breech c-section, then an
