Melanie VolkPT, DPT

Dr. Melanie Volk is a physical therapist, receiving her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Pacific University in her home state of Oregon. She received her undergraduate degree in Exercise Science from the University of Puget Sound in the state of Washington. She received her pelvic floor specialty training through Herman and Wallace courses, such as Pelvic Floor Level 1 and 2B, to treat women and people assigned female at birth with various diagnoses of pelvic floor dysfunction. This is including but not limited to urinary incontinence, urinary frequency and/or urgency, pelvic organ prolapse, pain with sexual intercourse or sexual dysfunction, postpartum care, interstitial cystitis, and endometriosis-related pelvic pain. She also has received further specialty training through Herman and Wallace's Pregnancy Rehabilitation, assisting with symptoms through pregnancy and preparation for birth.
