Dr. TaLisa, known as “Tee”, earned her Bachelors of Science degree in Biology from Miles College in 2012, later attending Alabama State University where she earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2016. Tee is a native Birmingham, AL, but relocated to Fredericksburg, VA. Tee has pursued continuing education for pelvic health rehab through Herman and Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute and orthopedic PT through Maitland-Australian Physiotherapy Seminars. Taylored 4 You Health and Wellness was founded in February 2022, providing in-person and virtual pelvic health services.
