Katie GarlandPT, DPT

Katie graduated from the University of Alabama, where she enjoyed cheering on the Tide, with a Bachelor’s of Science in Human Performance and Exercise Science. She then went on to complete her Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center, and has recently completed her Residency with PT Solutions. Katie is Level II Dry Needling Certified, and utilizes an evidenced based multi-modal approach to treatment to ensure all patients receive the care they need. Katie specializes in treatment of the pelvic floor and women's health. As a former Gymnast and Softball player Katie has a passion for treating athletes who are looking to return to their activities. While Katie still enjoys recreational sports, most of her time is spent walking her dog, Oz, and exploring the varied terrain Northern Virginia has to offer.
