As an Occupational Therapist, I have seen how bladder, bowel, sexual dysfunction, and pelvic pain impacts all areas of daily living across the lifespan. I utilize an individualized, occupation-focused approach toward assessment, education, and treatment of clients. Through Balanced Pelvic Health, my mobile outpatient pelvic floor therapy practice, I bring a skilled, individualized approach to the convenience of your home, and offer virtual services throughout the state of Virginia. I am a licensed and registered Occupational Therapists with over 20 years of clinical experience. I have pursued education in manual pain management strategies such as myofascial release, biofeedback, pregnancy and postpartum corrective exercises, cognitive behavioral approaches, and well as in using the brain-body connection with such techniques as graded motor imagery and autogenic relaxation, to find the best approach toward each individual.
