I completed my undergraduate BS in Kinesiology at the University of Virginia, followed by my DPT at the University of St. Augustine in St. Augustine, FL. I am certified in manual therapy (MTC) and dry needling (CMTPT). I have worked in hospital-based outpatient PT for the last 9 years. In 2020 I started my private practice, The Mama PT, offering postpartum home visits, in-person treatment, as well as virtual wellness and Telehealth sessions.
